Post a comment below to express interest in riding the Ring the Peak. Simply post “Count me in”, “Sign me up” or “I’m in” with your Full Name. Only 74 registered riders allowed for this ride.

By registering for this event you are agreeing to the following terms:

I acknowledge that I understand this waiver’s intent, and I for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and representatives, do hereby agree and will absolve and hold harmless the Colorado Endurance Series Volunteers and fellow participants in the Colorado Endurance Series events, and any other parties connected with this event/these events in any way, from and against any blame and liability for any harm, loss, inconvenience or any other damage of any kind whatsoever, which may result from or be connected in any way from my participation in this event/these events.

In addition to the absolute and unqualified release from all liability, I hereby represent that I am physically capable of participated in this event/these events; that my bicycle and any other equipment I may use is in good working condition; that I will observe all applicable traffic and event rules; and that I will wear a helmet and generally conduct myself in a safe and prudent manner while participating in the event(s).

Cycling is a dangerous sport and I fully understand that I am responsible solely for my well being in the Colorado Endurance Series events.

I further agree to abide by the rules for riders of the Southwest Endurance Series. I certify that I have read this waiver and release and understand its significance.

I further agree that I have elected not to provide additional liability insurance coverage that would afford additional liability protection to the City of Colorado Springs and its officers, employees, agents, and attorneys, for the Ring the Peak on October 1, 2011.

In consideration for the City of Colorado Springs permitting me to chose to not obtain additional liability insurance, I hereby execute in favor of the City of Colorado Springs, Colorado, and its officers, employees, agents, and attorney, this Special Event Indemnification and Hold Harmless Agreement and agrees on my own behalf and on behalf of any and all derivative claimants and legal representatives of any and all types, nature, or relationship, to forever release, discharge, and hold harmless the City of Colorado Springs, and the officers, employees, agents, and attorneys thereof, and to indemnify the City of Colorado Springs and its officers, employees, agents, and attorneys thereof, in both their official and individual capacities, from any and all liability, claims, damages, expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and litigation costs through all appeals, resulting from or arising out of the use of the above-specified site.
